Important notice
This draft is not a public offer, not an investment prospectus, and not a request to purchase tokens. No public token sale, payment acceptance, or token delivery is active until issuer, competent authority notification, final whitepaper, legal review, tax review, and payment flow are approved.

Issuer And Offeror
The final issuer and/or offeror must be confirmed before any public token offer. The planned operating model is a Spanish eCharge/eMarkus operating company, subject to legal confirmation, competent authority path confirmation, and corporate approval.
Project
eMarkus Charging is an EV charging application for drivers, fleets, hotels, shopping centers, mobility hubs, and energy partners. The project connects EV charger search, route planning, membership, charging wallets, roaming integrations, and energy flexibility rewards.
Token Utility
ECHG is planned to provide utility within the eMarkus Charging ecosystem. Planned utility includes Founder status, membership discounts, priority support, early access, charging-credit bonus eligibility, bidirectional charging reward eligibility, and partner offers.
ECHG should not be marketed as a financial investment. It is not intended to represent equity, debt, profit participation, guaranteed yield, buyback rights, or a claim on issuer assets.
Founder Tiers
Bidirectional Charging Rewards
Future eCharge-compatible bidirectional charging stations may allow vehicles to provide energy or flexibility to another vehicle, a building, a charging hub, a fleet depot, or a grid flexibility program.
The current app includes a simulation only. Example: 20 kWh discharged at EUR 0.18/kWh, 70% driver share, and 1.25 bonus multiplier gives EUR 3.15 indicative reward value, equal to 62 indicative ECHG at EUR 0.05 reference value.
Current Token Desk
The current eMarkus Charging Token Desk records purchase interest only. It does not accept payment, deliver tokens, create a binding sale, promise a future price, promise liquidity, promise exchange listing, or promise financial return.
Technology
The current backend exposes token configuration, reads token balances when an Ethereum RPC URL is configured, maps balances to Founder tiers, records token purchase interest, and simulates V2G reward quotes. It does not transfer tokens, accept crypto payment, or start a public token sale.
Roadmap
- Foundation: Token Desk, Founder preview, interest registration, V2G simulation.
- Verified holder accounts: wallet signature flow and verified Founder tiers.
- Payment and wallet: subscription status, charging wallet ledger, top-up options.
- Roaming and charging: OCPI/OICP contracts, sessions, CDR settlement.
- Energy flexibility: bidirectional charger integration and driver reward engine.
Risks
Regulatory rules may change. Utility depends on the continued operation of the eMarkus Charging ecosystem. Charging activation depends on third-party providers, contracts, certification, and payment compliance. V2G rewards depend on compatible hardware, metering, grid rules, and settlement data. Token markets can be volatile or illiquid. Wallet loss can result in loss of token access. Tax consequences may apply.
Publication And Filing Plan
Before any real token offer, the project should finalize the legal version, prepare a machine-readable file, approve issuer/offeror internally, notify the competent authority in the issuer's home Member State if required, publish the final whitepaper on this website, keep it available as legally required, and ensure marketing materials match the whitepaper.
